Comprehensive Critique & Revision Plan

You’ve finished your manuscript. Now what?

Understanding how industry professionals view your work will determine your success. Diane’s Comprehensive Critique & Revision Plan will give you an honest assessment and tell you how to improve your work’s literary quality, as well as its marketability.

Diane’s goal is to help every writer achieve his or her full potential as a published author. Therefore, her critiques are geared precisely to your work. Every manuscript evaluation includes a detailed editorial letter examining the work's strengths and weaknesses, gives advice about what needs to be fixed and suggestions for how to accomplish those revisions. Diane also annotates the manuscript with notes throughout.

Finally, every critique is followed up with a 30-minute phone call to answer writers’ questions and guide them in the right direction.

Proposal Writing & Editing

In today’s marketplace, all non-fiction books are sold via proposals. Knowing how to put together a proposal that clearly describes your book, analyzes the current market, and showcases your credentials is crucial. Diane appreciates what agents and publishers are looking for in a proposal and knows how to help you deliver.
